- Check-in and check-out at 02:00 PM.
- The reservation time or chalet cannot be changed.
- A security deposit of 100 KWD must be paid before check-in.
- The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out.
- The remaining amount must be paid no later than 72 hours before check-in.
- The down payment is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled due to failure to pay the remaining amount.
- A 50-100 KWD deduction will be made from the deposit if the chalet is returned unclean due to intentional negligence.
- A deduction of 25 KWD from the deposit for each hour of delay in check-out time.
All types of parties are strictly prohibited.
